Fort Hunt Cheer Stunt/Tumbling Clinic:
- Session 1 – Fort Hunt Cheer Stunt Clinic - January 3, 2023 – MARCH 1, 2023
This program will be open to 15 Cheerleaders max ages 10 – 16. The goal at this level is to provide introductions to basic and intermediate stunting and tumbling. Contact Dominique Mackey@ dmackey.athletics@gmail.com for more information.
Fort Hunt House League Spring Flag:
- Spring Flag begins at Quander Road School 5:00 - 7:00 PM (March 7th – May 2nd)
Our House League Flag football program is designed to offer a safe, dynamic, and competitive environment for young athletes to both discover and develop the skills and techniques necessary to succeed on both sides of the ball. The slate of practices and games ensures that all flag football participants receive comprehensive instruction and gain a keen understanding of the sport. (Boys & girls ages 5-14) Flag Football will play two games a week. We will have two practices the first week of the season and after that the kids will play games on (Tuesday and Thursday). This will be a house league so travel is restricted to the local Fort Hunt community. Practice and game times will be 5:00 - 7:00 PM

Fort Hunt Football and Cheer Summer Camp:
- Summer Camp begins July 24th - 28th
The Fort Hunt Federals Football Camp is a non-contact football camp designed to improve a player's skill level. The fundamentals of all positions will be taught in addition to life skills such as teamwork, sportsmanship and the importance of education. Cheerleaders will be taught the basics of cheer in a fun and nurturing environment.
Fort Hunt Sideline Cheer:
- Sideline cheer begins on August 7th at Carl Sandburg Middle School from 6:30 - 8:00 PM
Side Line Cheer is for boys and girls ages 5 to 14 years old. The Side Line Cheer Team participates at all Fort Hunt Home games at Carl Sandburg Middle School. They conduct traditional sideline cheers which motivates the teams and crowd. The season runs from August thru late October.
Fort Hunt Tackle:
- Tackle begins on August 7, 2023 at Carl Sandburg Middle School from 6:00 - 8:00 PM
Fort Hunt is a member of the Fairfax County Youth Football League (FCYFL) and is governed by its rules and regulations - see http://www.fcyfl.org/ for more information. We play full contact football under modified High School Rules (which are different than the NFL) and play games against opponents, of comparable size and ability, throughout the county and surrounding area. Sponsorships and Donations:
Fort Hunt Football and Cheer is an all-volunteer organization. All monies received go back into the program for equipment and scholarships. We are a non-profit organization and if you have the ability to donate or become a sponsor, please let me know. We are in the process of ordering new helmets and shoulder pads for the program and with COVID, the cost has increased so any help will be greatly appreciated.
